All sales of digital products — including guides, workbooks, and downloadable content — are final and non-refundable. Because digital products are delivered immediately upon purchase and cannot be returned, refunds are not available once a purchase is complete.

1:1 Sessions

Payment is required at the time of booking to hold your session. By completing your booking you agree to the following cancellation terms.

Cancellations with 24 or more hours notice: Eligible for a full refund or reschedule at your request. Contact Stevie at least 24 hours before your scheduled session time.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice: Non-refundable. A reschedule may be offered at Stevie’s sole discretion depending on circumstances.

No-shows: If you do not attend your scheduled session and have not contacted Stevie in advance, your session is forfeited and no refund will be issued. Stevie’s time is valuable and is reserved specifically for you.

Extenuating circumstances are handled on a case-by-case basis at Stevie’s sole discretion. If something unexpected happens, reach out as soon as possible. Refunds or reschedules in these cases may be offered as a courtesy and do not set a precedent.

Profile Audits

Profile audits are non-refundable once Stevie has begun reviewing your materials. If you have submitted your profile and wish to cancel before review has begun, contact Stevie immediately and a refund may be considered at her discretion.

How to Request a Cancellation

To cancel or request a reschedule, use the contact form at steviepierce.com or reply directly to your booking confirmation email. Include your name, booking date, and reason for cancellation.
